Fees

Participation on both conference days
early registration (only up to 2008-Feb-28th): 440,- €, after that day 550,- €
approved speaker: 155,- € (one speakers allowance each presentation)
approved poster presentation: 298,- €
allowance for members of the IG-Passivhaus: 30,- €

participation for only one day
early registration (only up to 2008-Feb-28th): 310,- €, after that day 360,- €
allowance for members of the IG-Passivhaus: 15,- €
No further reduction for speakers and poster presenters in this case.

Fee for the evening event on April 11th 2008
Reception at Maritim Hotel Nurenberg incl. warm buffet: 44,- EUR

Field trips on Sonday 2008 April 13th (only for conference participants) 75,- €

Conditions

1. Registration
Registrations must be made in writing. They are binding and will be taken into account in the order in which they are received by the organiser. The number of participants is limited. After registration you will receive an invoice. The early booking discount is only granted if registration and payment have been carried out by 2008-02-28.
Participation in the conference is only possible when the participation fee has been paid in full. Cancellations of registration must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal of the registration by 2008-03-15 we will charge a processing fee of € 70.
The full participation fee will be due in case of later cancellation or non-appearance. It is of course possible to name substitute participants.

2. Services
The scope of services include: conference proceedings (with presentations), lunch, coffee breaks.
Conference Languages: German, English. Simultaneous translation into English will be provided at all German-spoken session.
The organiser reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the programme schedule.

3. Cancellation, Restriction to Liability
In the event that the 12th Conference on Passive Houses has to be cancelled the participants will be notified immediately. In this case the organiser is only obliged to reimburse the already paid participation fee. The liability of the organiser is limited in any case to the paid participation fee.
